How does the area around look?
A building and the interior of the home can look nice in pictures but can look very different when seen in person. Are the grounds well maintained? What do the nearby homes look like? Are there nearby stores, parks, transit, and schools? It's a good idea to take a quick walk to see the surrounding area.
What are the rules and regulations set by the strata?
Rules and regulations are important in condos and townhomes so you should familiarize yourself with them from the very start. Here are some things you should consider looking at:
